Captain Devil appeared when I tried my first 24 hour comic challenge. The popular challenge for cartoonists and creators was created by Scott McCloud in early 1990s and its a great vehicle for creativity and giving yourself a deadline. I had always wanted to try it out. After writing a bit more lore and experimenting with different designs for the character I decided to relaunch her book as an ongoing series in an 8 page mini comic format.
